🍫 1. Perishable Product Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates and edible products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety for all our customers.
However, we understand that issues can happen. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
📦 2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please email us at admin@funguychocolatesbar.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
💰 3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- The product was defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
- We cannot issue refunds for customer mistakes such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
⏳ 4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase — provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to cancel it.

Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, FunGuy Chocolates Bar cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office if a package appears missing.
If your tracking shows the package was never delivered, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement if eligible.
